Prepared CRM data for the SAP-to-Dynamics 365 migration as a Client Integrity Coordinator — validating new client entities and maintaining quality across client, contact and alumni records.

  • Served as a Client Integrity Coordinator, reviewing and approving new client entities before release — validating Singapore entities against ACRA records and overseas entities against their legal names, helping maintain full compliance for entity-release controls.
  • Owned daily CRM data operations across client, contact, alumni and marketing records, monitoring SGX announcements for appointments and cessations involving key clients and notifying relevant partners and business-development teams, with around 99% coverage of relevant announcements.
  • Maintained the alumni contact database through monthly updates from People, Performance & Culture, keeping records ready for newsletter distribution, and handled CRM functional-mailbox and hotline queries.
  • Created and managed mailing-list requests for marketing activities, refining fields such as contact role and function to improve accuracy by around 20% and reduce missed profiles.
  • Analysed CRM data quality and built a recurring measurement process, using research tools including LinkedIn, Google, LexisNexis and BoardEx to strengthen account and contact records.
  • Contributed to weekly Singapore Sales Pipeline reporting and user follow-ups, reinforcing timely CRM updates for reporting, marketing targeting and business development.
