Delivered the migration from SAP IBS to Dynamics 365 Sales as a business analyst and tester, then embedded CRM as the front-office platform for more than 1,000 users.

  • Contributed as a business analyst and tester through to the Dynamics 365 Sales go-live in June 2019 — covering requirements, user testing, data readiness, change management and post-rollout stabilisation for more than 1,000 users.
  • Supported the data migration from SAP IBS to Dynamics 365 Sales, ensuring data integrity and a seamless transition.
  • Diagnosed SAP IBS–to–Dynamics 365 integration failures via KingswaySoft, working with IT and implementation partners to identify root causes and recommend enhancements that strengthened reliability during major deployments.
  • Became a Dynamics 365 Sales power user across opportunity, account and contact management and the operational processes linking CRM to downstream risk and billing applications, guiding users through training and direct assistance and contributing to sustained gains in user satisfaction.
  • During the COVID-19 period, built visibility into organisational pipeline health through Dynamics 365 dashboards and reporting with Advisory stakeholders, tracking year-on-year and month-to-month movements.
  • Extracted, analysed and prepared CRM data to support sales, marketing and data-governance initiatives.
  • Prepared targeted contact lists and segments for annual Budget, Chinese New Year and other key marketing activities, strengthening segmentation and maintaining key contact and account details.
